Return Policy

Optima Vision Center are glad to offer a customer friendly return policy. We do not charge restocking fees for orders. You will be reimbursed full amount of the glasses, sunglasses or contact lenses. Please read carefully.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
You may return your glasses frame and sunglasses order within 10 days after receiving it in the mail.

You must contact us via email and request for Return Number before shipping it back to us. Once the Return Number has been given, you must ship your order back to us within 5 days.
                                                                       
When we receive your order we will refund back to the original method of payment. Shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount.

If you fail to return on time, or Return Number was not requested, your shipment will be denied receipt and shipped back to you as per USPS or courier policies.

Contact lenses orders can be returned under condition that you did not open a box. If you have open a box, contact lenses return will not be accepted.

Prescription orders can not be returned. Should you have an issue with your prescription order, please contact us. We will work with you towards solving the problem or re-doing your lenses. If wrong prescription was provided additional shipping charges and lenses fees may apply. We will notify you of all the options.
